The Porsche Design AOC Agon PD27 monitor is characterize by a very elegant and smooth design, it is a 27-inch VA panel,

The holder remains in place when rotated and tilted, but unfortunately, it can only rotate 15 degrees in either direction, tilted only down 4 degrees, and tilted up by 21.5 degrees.

As for the RGB lighting, it is not impressive, but it certainly maintains the elegant aesthetic,

as the area under the screen is illuminate from the lower side of the screen with the back of the monitor from the upper section of the stand.

The lighting looks attractive and customizable via an option called Light FX in the OSD menu that gives you the ability to change 14 different modes, 4 different patterns and 3 different strengths of the light, and there is also a downlight that can be switched to display either the “PD” logo or the name “Agon”.

AOC Agon PD27: Amazing Gaming Performance

The Porsche Design AOC Agon PD27 monitor has proven slow VA panels with poor viewing angles,

as besides a 240Hz refresh rate, this monitor also features an MPRT response time of 0.5ms and a viewing angle of 178/178.

It also takes advantage of this VA panel to go up the curve with an impressively deep 1000R.

And the performance of the Porsche Design AOC Agon PD27 monitor is absolutely not negligible.

Upon testing, we found that Red Dead Redemption 2 was incredibly smooth and did not have glaring latency issues, even in Ultra settings.

You will also get the game with great colors and sharp image quality, and we also noted that this 1000R curvature is incredibly effective in making the gaming experience immersive, you will feel that everything else around you fades away, which really helps you focus on the game.

We noticed some minor stuttering, but when you turn on FreeSync Premium Pro support,

it does a very nice job and helps you eliminate all of these problems.

We also tested Rocket League game and it was very smooth, clean and pure without any signs of shadows despite all the quick movements,

and the colors are vibrant and amazing, making it the perfect screen to play this game.
