Razer BlackShark V2 X is very suitable for wired games, as it has a very ergonomic design so you will not feel any inconvenience while using it, and it has full wired compatibility with PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Just a glance
There are two different types of the Razer black shark version 2, there’s razer BlackShark V2 X.
and it’s a more affordable cheaper option which will set you back just over 100$ while the original black shark version 2 is about 60 to 70 dollars.
Now the original black shark came out in 2012, so obviously this is a more updated one, and there are a few different features that are different between the version 2 and the version BlackShark V2 X.
In the Razer BlackShark V2 X box, you’ll get the signature razor fabric handle bit there to make it easier to open up, and a Manual, and the headset itself.
The Razer BlackShark V2 X is one of the lightest headphones I have ever used, so you won’t feel any discomfort when wearing it, and the earmuffs feature a pair of comfortable oval cups for the ear, and they are tied together with a gorgeous neon green Razer cable, and they’re adjustable. Also, the headband features an ultra-thin cushion.

- Comfortable and stable fit.

The Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones feature several features
such as better sound profiles and additional immersion that help you pinpoint the direction of people around you accurately,
as you take advantage of this feature in games such as distinguishing between friends and foes while providing microphones that provide audio clarity for in-game conversations at the same time.
The BlackShark V2 X headphones come with a 3.5mm audio jack, and the most premium version, the V2, comes with a USB sound card and plush foam earpads.
The headphones are also very lightweight,
which will be very ideal for people who spend a long time playing, as the V2X weighs just 240g.
The Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones have a unique design, unlike their previous version,
as they have an oval ear shape, and a very comfortable design,
as they have thick memory foam ear cushions and a padded headband,
which is very good if you play for long periods. You will not feel any discomfort at all.
Their design comes in black plastic with neon green accents and has thin wire hinges that give it a very distinctive look. The new version also contains a microphone, but it cannot be separated from the headphones.
As for the build quality of the Razer BlackShark V2 X, it is good, as it is mostly made of plastic but does not feel durable enough.
The thin metal hinges and cables between the ear cups and the headband are the weakest parts of the headphones.
They are somewhat fragile and can easily break, but they are nonetheless fixed on the head.
As for the ear cups, they are very comfortable as they are made of a leather material that is very comfortable for the ear, and this material provides great clamping force, but despite this passively provides acceptable levels of noise isolation, as you will listen to every word he says. Someone sitting next to you.
Also, the earpads are removable, and so far I don’t know the reason, as Razer has yet to confirm if these earbuds are replaceable or whether replacement ear cups will be sold separately.
As for the speaker controls, the Razer BlackShark V2 X is disappointing, as it only has two buttons, but both are very easy to use and have good reviews.
There is also a volume wheel on the left ear cup that stops at the minimum / maximum level, and also contains a microphone mute button, which is very practical.
The Razer BlackShark V2 X is a decent choice for those planning to improve the audio gaming experience, as it is better than any pair you get from Typo, but despite that there are a lot of current releases and even the Razer versions themselves are finer than these headphones.
As for the sound quality, the headphones come with triple noticeable heights, the bass sound is already present, but it tends to drown out sometimes through the middle and upper frequencies.
However, you can adjust the bass with audio profiles via Razer’s dedicated hardware configuration software – Synapse.
When testing the headphones in games, in PUBG, I was able to hear the steps of my team-mates, as well as the next enemies, in PUBG.
However, I was expecting more headphones, as I could already hear the steps but could not tell in any direction.
The Razer BlackShark V2 X is good and has useful features that do not match its competitors in the market,
or even the current Razer headphones, and the BlackShark V2 X is a beginner-friendly gaming headset only and is burdened with an unfortunate price and a lot to offer only.
