The Realme 8 Pro officially launch in the UK today, and it is a very economical device
as it is one of the first devices to use the new Samsung ISOCELL HM2 108 megapixel sensor in the main camera, and this is great by all accounts given the price value.
Similar high-resolution sensors were more common in higher-price phones like the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, but now this chip is design for low-cost devices like the Realme 8 Pro.
And that the slot Samsung ISOCELL HM2 with a resolution of 108 megapixels is not the same use in the S21 Ultra or even the S20 Ultra last year, of course.
It comes with a smaller sensor – 1 / 1.52 inch versus 1 / 1.33 inch – with a slightly smaller 0.7 μm pixel.
However, it uses the same binning approach to improve light gathering capabilities by combining adjacent pixels into a less noisy 12MP image.
The Realme 8 Pro also comes with a 6.4-inch OLED screen with gorgeous details and colors, the Snapdragon 720G processor is very good for simple daily tasks, in addition to 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB storage, with a 4,500 mAh battery that supports Fast charging capacity of 50 watts.
In terms of design, the 8 Pro comes in blue and black colors, with some intense Realme brands with the company logo “Dare to Leap” in large fluorescent letters that glow in the dark.
Realme also stated that the design will appeal to “a new generation of younger users”, due to the bright colors.
8 Pro will go on sale on March 31 in the UK for 279 pounds (about $ 380).
