Vizio SB36512-F6 Design
In terms of design the vizio 36-inch speakers are definitely compact, with dimensions of 36.00 x 2.5 x 3.19 in (914.4 mm x 63.5 mm x 81.0 mm), making them ideal for televisions 55 inches or less, it’ll have a cut Elegant in your home.
Inside the headset itself, there are five motors in a left, right and center configuration, in addition to the left, right height.
There are also two speakers and a subwoofer for the promised 5.1.2 sound on the box.
The subwoofer is 6 inches in size, and you might find it bulky even though it only takes about 2 feet of living room space, and weighs about 10 pounds.
The included sub device will need to be connected to a power outlet, but it is wireless, which is really cool as it delivers the power and audio signal to the amplifiers via two super cables.
On the back of these speakers there is an HDMI (ARC) output, HDMI IN, and optical audio input, in addition to the 3.5 mm audio jack ports, USB port and Ethernet port.
And on the front of the speakers there’s nothing but some LED indicator lights that flash to tell you what’s going on, and there’s a very dimly lit screen on the remote control itself.
Vizio SB36512-F6 Features : dolby atmos soundbar
The Vizio SB36512-F6 loudspeaker is very impressive, as it has many wonderful features, the most important of which is to provide a truly immersive Dolby Atmos experience using actual speakers, instead of resorting to artificial processing.
This height speakers has three front drivers for the left, right and center front, this object based on two drivers who literally create sounds from the ceiling, preparing you that the sound of the speakers comes from the top.
The Vizio SB36512-F6 has a 6-inch front firing engine, and is there to generate frequencies as low as 40Hz.
This motor does the heavy duty bass lift and also provides amplification for wired rear speakers, which are connected using the available cables.
Another great feature is that the SB36512-F6 can decode audio based on Dolby Atmos and also handle less immersive formats such as Dolby Digital, but unfortunately it does not support DTS: X.
This speaker has both HDMI, optical and 3.5mm stereo audio cables, and they are in good condition so you won’t have to worry about the occasional leakage with wireless surroundings.
Vizio SB36512-F6 Performance: Provides great surround sound
As for the setup of the VIZIO SB36512-F6, it is very simple, just place the speaker near ear level to reduce the impact of the cables from the satellite speakers, and it is also preferred with a flat roof for Atmos at a height of 2.2 to 3.6 meters for the best effect of the height.
In terms of performance, we did a lot of testing and found that the rear offers more space than you’d get from just a woofer and subwoofer, it is a surround speakers.
There is also a place in the background for sounds outside the screen, which opens the sound field more and helps in generating this sense of surround sound, making the experience of watching movies wonderful by all standards.
For example, when we watched the movie One Day, the dialogue was clear, the elevation channels were not very clear, the sound was very clear, and the background music was prominent but not annoying.
Then we saw Blade Runner 2049 and the bass was vibrating the room, even with the volume halfway there, meaning that the VIZIO SB36512-F6 could easily fill the larger rooms, details were good and dynamically easy to use, we were just hoping for the subtlety.
And with 4K Blu-rays there is the option to play with the height settings, as the output in Atmos and the sound field is large and comprehensive.
You can also use the VIZIO SB36512-F6 as a music system, as it supports Bluetooth playback, all you have to do is press the Bluetooth input on the top surface of the speaker for five seconds, and then it will enter the pairing mode.
We can finally say that the Vizio SB36512-F6 loudspeaker produces very impressive sound, as it produces an attractive and entertaining 3D experience, so you will enjoy watching your favorite movies.
Unfortunately, there is no DTS: X in this device, and this is a disappointing omission, as the wired rear speakers can turn off a bit, plus the front LED display is very frustrating to understand.
But overall, the Vizio SB36512-F6 Dolby Atmos speaker is amazingly capable of delivering truly immersive and compact sound, it sounds great for a very reasonable price.
